Once Human’s missing lantern formula is coming by in-game mail
The fix notice separates repairing the shop from restoring earlier purchases, alongside mobile movement and boat interaction fixes.
Once Human’s October 30 maintenance notice addresses a missing furniture formula alongside problems with mobile movement and boat repairs. For players who bought the Smiling Pumpkin Lantern but did not receive its formula, the important part is the delivery mechanism: the developer says the missing formula will arrive through in-game mail within three business days.
That is a separate process from applying the underlying fix. A corrected shop transaction does not necessarily make an earlier purchase’s missing item appear immediately in the inventory.
Check the mailbox before buying again
The official 3.1.1 bug-fix notice identifies purchases in the Wish Bazaar and names the Smiling Pumpkin Lantern formula. It does not describe compensation for every item in the shop, a currency refund or a broader giveaway.
The stated window is three business days, not 72 hours. Players should check their in-game mail rather than assume the promised delivery failed as soon as the maintenance window ends. The notice does not specify a separate delivery timetable for individual countries.
Keeping the purchase details available makes a later support request more precise if the item remains missing after that window. Buying the same furniture again is not the remedy described in the announcement.
Movement and repair interactions also get attention
On mobile, the Jump button could disappear after dismounting a Bay Crocodile at the water’s surface. Another issue prevented normal interaction with damaged automatic repair facilities on a boat. Both are listed for correction. The update also increases the quantity of Precision Gear Sets obtainable in the wilderness, without publishing a numerical drop-rate change in this notice.
The developer gave an expected completion time and explicitly warned that the actual finish could vary. The announcement should therefore not be turned into proof that every server completed maintenance at the exact target minute.
This is a small patch with an unusually clear distinction between fixing a system and making affected players whole. The practical result for a lantern buyer should be the formula arriving in the mailbox—not another purchase made in the hope of forcing the shop to behave.
